製作餅皮的麵粉團～
餅皮是否酥軟關鍵盡在牛油和麵粉的比例．
（呵，好像是醬！）
製作鳳梨餡最花時間．
鳳梨切皮挑眼再切片，刨成絲狀，加糖小火不停攪柈烹煮～累！
加入適量的鳳梨餡，捲起餅皮，輕易搞定一個鳳梨酥．
準備送入烤爐．．．
新鮮出爐的鳳梨酥，雖然外表不怎樣．．．
歐～鳳梨餡甜度適中，餅皮酥軟口感一流；Ho Ho Chiak！
